Work
With Me

Four stakeholder groups. One coordinated effort. Multiple ways to participate in building inclusive AI opportunity.

Why "Bridge"?

The gap isn't technical—it's coordination. We have all the pieces. They're just not connected.

  • Education: NJIT can teach world-class AI skills
  • Business: Companies desperately need AI-skilled workers
  • Community: Residents need accessible training and opportunity
  • Government: Grants and workforce development funding exists

But they're not talking. The AI Bridge Initiative is literally a bridge—connecting stakeholders who need each other. It's not rocket science. It's just coordination.

  • Replication Model: Help other regions build similar stakeholder bridges

Why Now?

AI is being adopted rapidly across industries. Organizations face critical workforce challenges.

  1. Skills gap: High demand for AI-capable workers exceeds current supply
  2. Workforce transformation: Existing employees need upskilling in AI tools and practices
  3. Coordination challenge: Educational institutions, businesses, and communities need better alignment

Early action creates better outcomes. By building inclusive pathways to AI skills now, we can help ensure broad participation in emerging opportunities.

Let's Build This Together

This initiative only works if we coordinate. Whether you're a student, business, community organization, or government agency—there's a role for you.
